02Services & Proposals

All projects are governed by a signed proposal or statement of work describing scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees. Prices published on this website are indicative ranges; final pricing is confirmed in writing before work begins.

03Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, timely information and access required for delivery
• Designate an authorized point of contact for approvals
• Make reasonable decisions within agreed review windows
• Use the delivered systems in compliance with applicable law

04Payments & Milestones

Engagements are billed on milestone-based schedules described in your proposal. Fees are quoted exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Work does not proceed to the next milestone until payment is settled.

05Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, 100% of the custom code, repositories, credentials, and documentation produced for your project are transferred to you. See our Full Intellectual Property Transfer Guarantee for details.

06Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexinta Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

07Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
