Nexinta Technologies treats all information you share — project requirements, business processes, financial data, customer lists, and technical plans — as confidential. We will gladly sign a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before any detailed discovery conversation begins.

02What We Protect

• Business processes, workflows, and operational data
• Customer, supplier, and financial information
• Proprietary ideas, designs, and technical architecture
• Project scope, pricing, and strategy discussions

03Obligations

Our engineers, contractors, and partners are bound to keep confidential information strictly private, use it only for the purpose of your engagement, and return or destroy it on request or completion of the project.

04Exceptions

The NDA does not apply to information that is already public, independently developed, rightfully received from a third party without restriction, or disclosed as required by law with reasonable prior notice to you where permitted.

05How to Request an NDA

When you submit a project inquiry, let our team know you'd like an NDA in place first. We'll email you our standard mutual NDA — and we're also happy to review your own agreement.
